Duty free is the system of sales at retail outlets that are exempt from the payment of certain local or national taxes and duties, allowing to reduce the price of the featured goods. According to the Eurasian Customs Union Customs Code (the Russian Federation is a member of the EACU), goods cannot be imported to the domestic market and can be sold exclusively to those customers, who are leaving the territory of the Eurasian Customs Union (passengers, departing from the Russian Federation and travelling to a destination other than Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia).
In compliance with the Eurasian Customs Union Customs Code, it is prohibited to import goods in the domestic market, as such goods can be sold only to passengers who are leaving the territory of the EACU (comprising the following countries: Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia). Hereby, you can make use of the MyDutyFree service only if your destination point is located outside the EACU.
To purchase items in Duty Free you need to be passenger, leaving the territory of the EACU, in which case before departure you can get to a duty-free zone. Travellers, heading for Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia, are not able to shop in duty free.
MyDutyFree is the service for pre-ordering goods in duty free of the Kurumoch International Airport (Samara). Using the service, prior to departure, you can obtain relevant and comprehensive information, concerning the price and availability of the goods, offered in duty free stores, as well as place a pre-order for the required goods at a discount of 7%.
A pre-order involves choosing items in duty free, which you select and fill an order for, prior to your departure. Information about your pre-order is forwarded to our staff at a duty free store. When you arrive at the airport, the sales assistant has already been notified of your pre-order and shall help you promptly collect your order. The pre-order service allows you to plan your purchase beforehand and save time at the airport.
To make a pre-choice at our website, you need to select items from the range available. Choose items you would like to purchase at the airport/bordershop and press the "Add-to-Cart" button. Having added items to your cart, finalize your pre-choice. To do so, go to your cart, enter your name, flight number and click the "Checkout" button. Information about your pre-choice will be sent to your e-mail address.
Deadline for making a pre-order - 2 hours before your departure. In order to receive personal service and a discount for your purchase, you need to make a preliminary choice no later than this deadline.
You can add and delete items from your order through your personal account, for which signing-in is required. You can also contact our customer support via email at support@mydutyfree.net. Please take into account that the quantity of goods in the duty-free shop is limited, and if you add new items to your order later than one day prior to your departure, they may not be available. In this case, our manager will contact you. Directly at the airport you can add items to your order or refuse from any pre-ordered goods. You will get a discount for items added at the airport.
At Kurumoch Airport you can pick up your order, immediately following passport control. MyDutyFree pickup point is located in the duty-free shop opposite the passport control area. Apply to MyDutyFree checkout operator and say your name. The checkout operator shall immediately collect all items from your order and pack your purchase for you.
Payment is made after you have checked items from your order at MyDutyFree pickup point in the shop. You can pay for your purchase in euros, dollars, pounds and rubles (besides, one purchase can be paid for in several currencies). Duty-free stores in Kurumoch International Airport also accept MasterCard, Visa, Union Pay and MIR cards.
mydutyfree.net provides 7% discount on all goods displayed on the site. In addition, we provide additional discounts to the customers of our partners.
Clients of MyDutyFree partner companies can use a partner discount. As a rule, an extra discount is granted when using a promotional code, which you receive, purchasing a service from a partner company. You can enter your promo code into the corresponding field on the checkout page.
S7 Priority members receive an increased discount of 12% on Mydutyfree pre-order and 5 miles for every euro actually spent on duty-free purchases. To get a discount, enter your S7 Priority number in the corresponding field, while making a pre-order. The discount amount is automatically recalculated.

In order to place a pre-order, registration at mydutyfree.net is required. You can also sign in via accounts on social networking sites, such as VKontakte or Facebook. After registration you can place, edit and cancel your pre-orders. Also you can view order history and create wishlists.
In general, there are no restrictions relating to the sale of items in duty free stores. However, you should take into account that the country you are leaving for may have import restriction on specified goods - primarily, alcohol and tobacco. Please, learn importation rules of the country you are flying to before placing a pre-choiсe.
